So there you have it! Are you buying a ticket in the Mega Millions lotto? Head to New Jersey - you're more likely to win it in New Jersey (one in 400,000 people have won from a population of 8.88million) compared to New York state (one in 525,000 residents have won from a population of 29million) and California (one in 1.2million residents have won from a population of 39.51million).
