Fast 15’s Lotto Explained
What?
Fast 15’s is a fixed-odds numbers draw from SIS, the company that runs the 49’s. With only 15 balls in play it’s the simplest numbers game we cover, and it’s drawn far more often than a traditional lotto. In the UK it’s currently available online at Ladbrokes and Coral.
How?
- 3 balls are drawn from a selection of 1 – 15. There is no bonus ball.
- You can bet on 1, 2 or 3 numbers. Your bet wins if every number you picked is among the 3 drawn.
- With such a small pool, wins are more frequent than on a traditional lotto, and the odds are correspondingly shorter.
When?
Fast 15’s is drawn every 3 minutes during its daily schedule, with draws staggered against 39’s. Read more in our Fast 15’s and 39’s explainer.
Fast 15’s Lotto FAQs
How does the draw work?
Three balls are drawn live from a machine containing balls numbered 1 to 15. There is no bonus ball, so there’s no “with or without bonus” choice to make.
How many numbers can I bet on?
Between 1 and 3. You win if all of the numbers you picked are among the 3 drawn.
Why are the odds shorter than on the 49’s?
Because the chances of winning are much higher. With only 15 balls, a 1 ball bet wins one time in five on average, compared with roughly one in eight on the 49’s.
Which bookmakers offer Fast 15’s?
At the time of writing, only Ladbrokes and Coral offer Fast 15’s in the UK. Both are owned by Entain and currently offer the same odds. If other bookmakers add it, we’ll include them in the table above.
Are the bookmakers offering Fast 15’s regulated?
Yes. Ladbrokes and Coral are both licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk
How old do I have to be to bet on Fast 15’s?
You must be 18 or over. Both bookmakers verify your age before you can bet.
How do I stay in control with draws this frequent?
With a draw every three minutes there’s no natural break, so it’s worth setting a budget and a time limit before you start. Ladbrokes and Coral both offer deposit limits, reality checks and time-outs, and our bet budget calculator can help you plan.
