St John Ambulance is a volunteer-led charitable organization dedicated to the teaching and practice of first aid in England. They are market leaders in the provision of workplace training, first aid supplies and event and ambulance services.

St John Ambulance run courses in first aid and health and safety for members of the public. It is used by many companies to train designated individuals as first aiders and specialist training is also available, including courses for school staff and people working with children. Charitable Community first aid courses also offer people of all ages the chance to learn basic first aid skills at little or no charge. Every year around 500,000 people, including children and young people, learn how to save a life through their first aid training.

St John Ambulance provides first aid cover at thousands of events every year including the London Marathon and Hyde Park concerts as well as smaller and charitable events such as fetes and local fairs. In addition to providing volunteer first aiders, where necessary St John Ambulance can provide paramedics, doctors, nurses and cycle responders as well as mobile treatment centres and ambulances.

St John Ambulance is also a leading supplier of ambulance services in England, providing patient transport services to over 100,000 people a year. The work in partnership with NHS trusts, private healthcare groups, local authorities and individuals.

The St John Ambulance weekly lottery is drawn every Friday and is £1 per play. You can play up to 100 lines a week for a chance to win over £20,000. Each week 6 numbers between 1 and 49 are randomly selected. To win the top prize of £20,000 you must match all 6 numbers in any order. To win £1000 you must match 5 numbers.
