FAQs
Why has Sky Lotto closed?
CompareTheLotto.com is unsure as to why Sky Lotto has been closed, however, given the fact that our users had only given Sky Lotto an average rating of 1 star perhaps this has something to do with it.
When was the final draw?
Thursday 11th February, followed by the final Super Lotto draw on Friday 12th February.
What happens to my Sky Lotto funds?
The Sky Lotto site will remain live for you to redeem any prizes won and access any funds until Monday 1st March. After 1st March you will be able to access your funds by logging into Sky Bet.
Can I still bet on the Irish Lotto & 49’s Lotto at Sky Bet?
Yes. Sky Lotto is separate from Sky Bet. You can still bet on Irish Lotto & 49’s Lotto via Sky Bet. However, we would recommend you read our bookmaker reviews as Sky Bet is ranked quite poorly for Irish Lotto and 49’s Lotto - primarily this is because you can only bet on 1 & 2 balls and there is no lotto offer. We recommend Betfred for Irish & 49’s lotto betting as they’re best odds and have a lotto welcome offer (please check terms & conditions)
